Amanda MoströmAmanda Moström

Born in 1991 in Umeå, Sweden, Amanda lives and works between London, UK and Ålbo, Sweden. Straddling an intersection of object making, photography and creating sites of interaction. Their practice often takes the form of an installation. They are currently working through ideas around auto theory and contemporary feminist discourse. Amanda has a strong interest in interdisciplinary exchanges and has a hunger to engage in or create spaces for exchange. With a practise driven by dialogue, she often works collaboratively or accommodate other practices into the work. Some recent exhibitions include SEX at Moarain House London, UK 2022, Under the volcano, Studio Block m74 in Mexico City, Mexico 2020, Room 237 with Bubenberg and Contemporaines in Paris, France 2019, Participating in a chair at Castor London, UK 2019.

ロンドンとスウェーデンのオールボーに住み活動。ものづくり、写真、交流の場のサイト作成を交差させています。これらの制作は、しばしばインスタレーションの形をとります。 現在、自動車理論と現代のフェミニストの言動に関するアイデアに取り組んでいます。アマンダは学際的な交流に強い関心を持っており、その交流の場に参加したり、交流の場を作ったりすることを切望しています。対話によって推進される行動、度々の協力による作業、それらを作品に取り入れたりもします。
