Carlos Morera is a landscape artist, horticulturist, plant collector and multi-media artist and graphic designer. He is the son of Cuban immigrants who settled in California. He studied Design at Parsons and Central Saint Martins London. He currently owns and operates a multi disciplinary studio whose work revolves around the relationship between plants and people. The studio has recently finished a pilot for a new nature show with A24 and is working on a landscape with architect John Pawson in Texas. His work has appeared in the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, The New Yorker, Architectural Digest, Brutus, Silver Magazine, and Purple.
